On the 19th day of December, 2025, the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia, in Bankruptcy and Insolvency, issued a Bankruptcy Order adjudging Bionovations Inc. bankrupt and appointing MNP Ltd. as the Licensed Insolvency Trustee of the bankruptcy estate. The bankruptcy assignment was made and accepted by the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy on the 23rd day of December, 2025.
