LG Projects Ltd. filed a Notice of Intention to file a Proposal on April 24, 2025, and MNP Ltd. has consented to act as Trustee under the Proposal. After the filing of the proposal to its creditors, LG Projects Ltd. determined that it could not meet the terms of the proposal and filed an assignment in bankruptcy on March 20, 2026.
